I want to join in!
I did 40 minutes yesterday...20 minutes walking and 20 minutes on the bike
And today I did 40 minutes of powerwalking...
80 minutes!

Goal...80/640
(40 minutes 4x a week!)

Group total = 575 + 80 = 655!

This month I will have a house guest for 7 days. (My brother will be here to run the Lake Tahoe Marathon!) I'm not sure how much exercise I'll be able to get in while he's here. During the normal weeks of the month I'm aiming for 660 Minutes each week. My monthly goal will be 2400 minutes for September. I have to travel next month so I NEED to get moving and be more fit so when I fly I'll be more comfy.

Tuesday: 60 Minutes Step/Sculpt + 7 minutes on the treadmill afterwards until my legs turned to Jelly. *L* = 67 Minutes

Personal For Month of September: 67 Minutes
Goal for Month = 2400 Minutes

Group: 655 + 67 = 722 minutes

-30 mins Treadmill
-30 mins Elliptical
-30 mins Wii Fit

Personal Total: 170 + 90 = 260/2,000 mins.

Group Total: 722 + 90 = 812 mins.

Group total ~ 812 + 80 = 892 min

9/3 - 45 min water aerobics + 30 min water yoga/pilates = 75 min
9/4 - 45 min water aerobics

Personal = 120 / 700

Group total: 892 + 120 = 1,012 min

260 + 90 = 350/2,000 mins.

Group Total:
1,012 + 90 = 1,102 mins.

Personal Total: 350 + 150 = 500/2,000 mins.

Group Total: 1,142 + 150 = 1,292 mins.

Group Total: 1292 + 295 = 1587 :D
