I was moving a lot at the end of June but couldn't record it (or even really keep track of it)... it was all packing and moving to a new place.

But now I'm back and my goal for July is 1000 minutes.

Yesterday I did 4 hours of cleaning and lugging stuff around. I'm going to count 1 hour of it.

Personal: 60/1000

Group total: 350 + 60 = 410

I am so in! I can't wait to get started!!
My personal goal is 1300 mins this month, which is about 45 mins a day for the rest of the month!
I'm really excited and I don't want to let you guys down!!

P.S. I know it's silly but I can' wait to earn my ticker, because I need the encouragement.

I went to the pool bright and early to take part in the water aerobics class for the first time. And no one else showed up! :lol: I didn't let it stop me, though, I just enjoyed that empty pool and swam by myself! My exercise session was brightened by sightings of a hummingbird and a hawk.

My goal was 45 mins a day but I'm sick and I got winded earlier then I usually do and couldn't stop coughing and decided it was best to take it easy and later in the month I'll pick it up :(
