I have a few to add, but do not know the exact dates. I was sickly last week, so exercise was not happening for me. Now I'm better and getting back into the grind.

I've been walking a ton here at Cleveland Clinic. I'm going to estimate 45 minutes over the last couple of days (I'm sure it's more than that).
