I forced myself on the treadmill this morning. I only did 30 min, but at least I did it.

7/16: nothing
7/17: 45 minute walk
7/18: 215 minute family hike --- beautiful!
7/19: nothing
7/20: 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes weight, first time since I cracked 2 ribs 45 minutes
7/21: 55 minutes walk
7/22: 30 minutes tread, 15 minutes weights for 45 minutes
7/23: cleaning up construction debris, lots of lifting/carrying 45 min
7/24: 30 minutes tread, 15 minutes weights for 45 minutes
7/25: rafting trip, 30 minutes hiking, call it 15 minutes weight 45 minutes
7/26: nothing
7/27: 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes weights 45 minutes
7/28: 75 minute walk
