  • I have a few to add, but do not know the exact dates. I was sickly last week, so exercise was not happening for me. Now I'm better and getting back into the grind.

    Today so far: 40 minute walk
    This week: 40 minutes (aerobics)

    7/24 10 min stretching, 20 min bike 30 min

    7/24: 60 min at the gym
    7/25: all day at the State Fair. Will count 60 min towards exercise.
    7/26: all day at the aquarium and hosting a cookout. Will count 60 min towards exercise.
    7/27: 70 min at the gym.
    7/28: 60 min at the gym.
    7/29: 90 min with my trainer.

    Personal Total: 1445 + 400 = 1845

    Group Total: 20,483 + 400 = 20,883

  • Monday: 60 Minutes Aquafit + 8 Minutes Swimming Laps + 45 Minutes Aquafit + 45 Minutes Zumba = 158 Minutes

    Goal for Month = 3090 Minutes

    Group: 21,033 + 158 = 21,191 Minutes

  • I've been walking a ton here at Cleveland Clinic. I'm going to estimate 45 minutes over the last couple of days (I'm sure it's more than that).

    Group total: 21,491 + 45 = 21,536

  • 60 mins today of swimming (mostly racing against my boyfriend...haha...anything to get the heart rate up!)

    Personal Goal: 1,335 + 60 = 1,395 (395 over goal)

  • 90 min w/ my trainer today...

    Personal Total: 1845 + 90 = 1935
    I'm cool with that. I typcially aim for around 2,000 min per month.

    7/31: 30 minutes treadmill + 20 minutes weights = 50 minutes


    Personal: 1935 + 50 = 1985
    Group: 21,726 + 50 = 21,776
