I got quite the workout today!
**60 minutes walking trails** **15 minutes stair climbing. Yes. It was rough. lol** We also had to go to the Notre Dame law library for some of our work, and I probably walked about 2 miles total on campus. Don't know how long, so I'm not counting it to my total. 2,438 + 75 = 2,513 Personal Total = 190/400 I might have to up my goal. I have been really getting my workouts in. :) |
