20 minutes stationary bike

Hi Everyone--I did 33 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. I'll be walking later on today but I don't want to forget to post yesterday's minutes. So so far, here's what I have:

Personal total--125 + 33 = 158 minutes.

Group Total--5068 + 33 = 5101 minutes. :carrot: :broc:

Great job everyone! It's only March 12 and we already have over 5000 minutes. I think we're doing a pretty good job. Let's keep it up. Woo-hoo. :D

Today: 40 min elliptical/30 min weights

Yesterday, 15 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the treadmill doing intervals, then 30 minutes on free weights/weight machines working arms and core. Then 10 minutes boxing/stretching/cool down. Total 65 minutes.

5171 + 65 = 5236
