Count me in! My exercise goal for this month is a modest 500 minutes. Wish me luck!

Only 15 mins for yesterday on the DDR
Personal total 60 + 15 = 75 Group Total 738 + 15 = 753 |
Another 16 minutes today.
Personal goal 47/300 Group total 753 + 16 = 769 |
2 miles, that would be about 30 minutes.
Group Total 769+30=799 |
Morning walk yesterday of 1 1/3 miles: 34mins. As well as today, same distance for 34min. Total 68mins.
Group total ~ 799 + 68 = 867 |
Only got in about 15 mins of shoveling today. Was out of town until about 6pm today.
867 + 15 = 882 Makes 60 mins so far this month for me. Gotta work on that number! |

Heya all. Hope you don't mind if I join in :) Most of my exercise comes from either my recumbent bike or Walk Away The Pounds. My goal for this month is going to 1300 minutes on the bike (I completed 1100 in December) and 90 minutes of Walk Away The Pounds (I did 57 minutes in December).
So far I've gotten: 1/1: Biked for 65 minutes 1/2: Biked for 30 minutes 1/3: Biked for 60 minutes. Personal Total so far: 155 minutes Group Total: 942+155 = 1097 minutes! |
20 minutes weights, leg lifts & crunches
+ 1097 = 1117 |
I have 90 minutes to add.
GROUP TOTAL 1117 + 90 = 1207 |
Another 16 on the elliptical.

Another hour dance class last night bringing my total to 120 minutes.
The group total is 1,223 + 60 = 1,283 |
30 minutes walking done in the cold!
