Last night I completed 60 minutes on the bike, using intervals. I then sat on the recliner and promptly passed out for 4 hours :)

I have been unusually thwarted this week and haven't exercised. I am behind in my exercise goal, but got 45 min weight lifting in today...

I've got 150 minutes to add since I last posted. I have been working tons of hours and going to school and I ended up skipping 3 days of bootcamp. Will try to avoid that happening this week

Hour dance class Thursday, hour dance class this morning + hour and 15 minutes yoga class today brings my total to 770.
