Just 10 minutes from Friday. Have had to lay off walking for a few days due to serious foot pain. Will get back to some floor exerises later today.

I went for a yoga class this morning before work, but the teacher was late so I did 45 minutes on the elliptical - and my foot was fine! I guess I just needed a rest. That brings my total to 836.

The group total is now 8,984 + 45 = 9,029

10 minutes elliptical and 30 with my trainer, bringing my total to 876.

well i'm starting late in sept. the 19th to be exact. I haven't been on this site for probably a year....i need to do something!!!!!!!! I will do 20min of exercise daily.
and check in daily. this is my goal.
