Vortex - Thanks for the tip! I will definitely keep an eye on it and not push it too hard. If it hasn't gone away soon I will go to the doctor.
Tonight I did 45 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 645. We did a bit of circuit training and a stress test and he as really impressed at the increase in my aerobic fitness! The group total is now 6,170 + 45 = 6,215 |

My humble addition to all the radical efforts above:
30 minutes walking on my lunch break + 6392 = 6422 |
80 min. 10 min cardio and 70 min weight training

I'm back and ready to get on board with the exercise again - I set my goal at 500 minutes and have done 90 so far:
