at the gym this weekend and today = 177 (cardio) + 30 (strength) = 207
group = 1027 + 207 = 1234 |
20 minutes of walking
1234 + 20 = 1254 |
50 min cycling
Group Total~ 1254 + 50 = 1304 Personal Total = 238/1000 |
60 minutes walking
group total 1304 + 60 = 1364 personal 210/1500 |
I've been back and forth in my mind about how much of the last 3 days I am counting as exercise, and I have decided on 5 hours total - 2 each Sat. and Sun., and 1 on Mon.
The group total is now 1,364 + 300 = 1,664 |
30 + 1,664 = 1694

Well I am late joining the thread, but that doesn't mean I haven't been getting my exercise in. So to start off this month I have 455 minutes to add.
Personal Total : 455 Group Total: 1869 + 455 = 2324 |
Just 12 minutes yesterday.
Group total: 2324 + 12 = 2336 |
