Anyone here? I'm just dipping my toe in the water here... I've been 159.6 the past two mornings, getting into the 150's has been a long time coming!

Welcome, Clevername! (Clever name by the way, ). The 150s have been wicked tough for me but I am into them as well! I keep bouncing around within them (had a BAD couple weeks with that fast food... Oops...) But anyway, yay for your hitting the 150s and welcome!

Thanks Thousandsunny!
I had a BAD couple months with food, and am getting back into things now.

158.4 this morning- woot!
I've been gluten free for 5 days now, my 6 month old son has severe skin problems, so we're exploring possible food allergies. And all of a sudden, weight is starting to drop off, where I haven't lost any weight for 3 months. It's amazing.

Welcome! I have been on holiday for the last two weeks and have been unable to weigh in...so hopefully I am still in the 150's. It has been tough but I will get back to basics when I get home next week.

Enjoy the rest of the festive season

Hi!
I'm new to the forum but am getting ready to start Medifast. I'm in my 150's now with a goal to be in the 130's.

Good job CleverName in reaching your goals and making it here!

Thanks for the welcome, Wheresmychin! Hope you have a good weigh in once you are back home.

Welcome, Brandieelynne!

HappyHoliday, I'm sure you'll be back in the 140's before you know it- its easy to gain a bit around the holidays.

AFM, I'm not sure where I am right now, I'll have to weigh in tomorrow morning. I'm sure I've gained a lb or two in the past few days.
We went to see a naturopath today for my son, and as of tomorrow, I will not be eating any wheat, dairy, peanuts, eggs, or citrus. I think this is gonna affect my weight loss like crazy!
I also need to contact my local gym and find out about a boot camp that they have starting January 10- I'd like to join, but I don't know about costs or if there is room. I keep forgetting to phone though!

How did everyone do during Christmas?

I'm really going to focus this month.
Let's see what kind of progress I can make by Valentine's day (6wks).
Would like to see 138

Well done, HappyHoliday! It feels good to be back in the 140's again, hey?

AFM, I've lost my holiday weight and a bit more. I was 158.4 on 12/24, today I'm 157.0 I had gone up to 161.6 right after Christmas.

So good to be back down, and see a new, smaller number!
My goal is to be in the 140's by February 14.

157.0 4 mornings in a row- at least I'm consistent, lol!
Really hoping for a lower number tomorrow morning!

156.0 this afternoon!
I had to re-weigh myself today, as I was 157.8 this morning, and that just didn't seem right.

Just posting in this reeeeally old thread. In the summer of 2011 I posted in here that I was 154 and needed to do something about the slow gain. Two years later I've had a baby and worked damned hard to get back to 159.

Amazing the difference in perspective two years can bring!

150.6 is my highest weight and I am still in it now. I hope to be in the 140's next week. My problem is maintaining the 140's. I love food, especially good food. I have 5 weeks before our California vacation and I would like to be 10 pounds lighter. Anyone have some good advice to keep me on track?

I'm at 158 right now, and it's been hovering there for a few days, argh.
I have a break between now and when I get my next diet food delivery (next Fri.) which scares me a little. Relying on my own portion sizing is my downfall. If I can just hang on and not gain until then, I should be fine to get back to losing.

155.5 today after a really bad weekend.

ddovii, you can do it! How about weighing and pre-preparing some meals for yourself, then taking them out of the freezer as though they were your diet meals?

Mama Whitty, lucky you! Bet you disappear off to the 140s thread next weigh-in.
