I was kind of a carb maniac today and it made me feel so extra lazy, I was going to skip my work out but then I forced my self to do it and now I feel better.

Thursday-60 minutes bike

*hanging head* Ok, I didn't do the toning exercise tape like I said I was going to do. BUT I almost didn't exercise at all. I haven't had a day off yet this week and I was feeling lazy. I went down and did it anyway...told myself I'd just do a short easy program and ended up doing an hour. So that's something, right?? I know, I'm trying to make myself feel better but I'll really try to do the tape this weekend sometime...really I will.

Not much for me this week... partly due to external circumstances. I felt bad about it, but then why don't I see what that does to my weight loss?

Anyway...

Monday: Aquafit (50 min), swam about 500 yards in 30 mins.
Thursday: Abs/Butt/Thighs 50-min workout (eeek!), ice skating (50 min.)

Looking forward to jumping in the pool again tomorrow and to gym on the weekend.

finally made it to the gym and got myself registered - so an hour weights alternating with 5 minutes stairmaster/climber/bike warm up and then abs. was gonna run 2 miles (slow) after, but my legs got really tired when I made myself use the weight machine for legs pushing, and doing various excersizes with 180 pounds.

was just messing around on fitday.. supposedly, typing burns some calories after all... hmm.. lets see.. what can i typeth..well.. i had coffee!!! wee what else can i say about fitday.. it amuses me that they have random stuff on there, like "sitting on the toilet". apparently "sitting on the toilet" does not burn any calories, so i think its funny that they even have it on there. sigh. its sad that i am so easily amused... :/

doot doot doo.. *plays with smilies*

(i am so mature)

i bet i just burned like.. .1 calories yeah.. go me!

spillthebeans--i've always heard that you should attempt to workout and if you're really not into it after 15-20 minutes then it's better to stop than force yourself so way to go on squeezing in those "measly" 30 min!

Friday:
30 min lower body weights
30 min abs
15 min upright bike
after work: 30 min elliptical, 30 min recumbent bike

Team day at work so we went to the bosses house and had a bbq....does it count if I jog in place with a piece bbq chicken in one hand and a glass of red in the other ...oh well
