Finally I have something to contribute. You ladies have been working hard this week!
Tuesday:
1 hour circuit training class
walked home from gym, 25 minutes
We got a new instructor for circuit training. It's good, because the class is harder, but it's bad, because the class is harder!
I'm almost dreading what my arms are going to feel like tomorrow, but at least I know I got a good workout. My only complaint is that she used this pilates move, the "mermaid," which is really tough on wrists, and I already have chronic wrist pain. Next time I'll ask if there's something I could do instead. It did kind of bother me that even though she saw I was having trouble, she didn't suggest an alternate move.
