Good morning everyone! I thought I'd start the new thread, even though I didn't do my workout this morning (still adjusting to being back from vacation! ). Let's get some good exercise in this week!
Monday:
2.25 miles running 7-8mph
.75 miles walking
30 min upper body weights
30 min lower body weights
~2miles running home from gym (since my car died @ gym)
~1 mile walking to work (same reason as above--i did NOT walk home as it is nearly 100 degrees out!)
Morning-
Basic step aerobics class (60 minutes, plus 5 minutes for warm up and cool down)
30 minutes elliptical
10 minutes stairs
Afternoon-
30 minutes on the tredmil
30 minutes on the rowing machine
10 minutes on the bike
Walked back up stairs to my office, 12 flights...i know thats only 3 minutes or so but it was hard!
Need to lower my calories and increase this exercise if I want to meet my goal! I did well with cals for a couple of days but went back up yesterday and today. Tomorrow is a new day!
50 mins on the treadmill =3.65 miles jog/walk (I'm still slow but my average speed is increasing a little bit....soon I'll be jogging straight)
15 min arms weights on the balance ball
20 min pilates
