Friday-one hour WATP 4 mile Super challenge

I planned on today being my 2 hour work out day but it didn't work out *hehe* I did order Leslie Sansone's new POWER tapes that have a jogging tape, a kickboxing moves tape and uh...another one, from ebay. That will help me have some diversity in my workouts.

Have a good weekend everyone!

I think I skiped posting yesterday ooopps....my dad is always hogging the computer.
Anyway, Friday I did 50 min on the treadmill, 3.65 miles, and then 25 on the ellyptical.
Saturday, I went to the 8:30 pilates class, am I dork or what, I never want to go out on the weekends because I want to be able to get up and work out. Then I did 65 on the elyptical. And I ended up walking a whole bunch of places today, I wasn't really timing it but it was a while. Man I'm a little wooped but hey no pain, no gain oh wait, I want to lose....
