I have been doing Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones and I am telling you it a really good strength training video all you need is the video of course, a mat and 3lb weights....She uses your own body so you can get nice lean muscles and not the bulky ones you could get from a gym when uses bigger weights to help you with resistance. The first day is the hardest but If you are serious about it you will see a much improvement in your leg arms and stomach strength. I simply love it :carrot:

P.S.My scale will move just waiting for the next weigh in hopefully be in the top ten even though I started last week

Thanks :) The only thing is I went back and went to change my weight for my weigh in and I'm not there anymore :( did I do something wrong or was I supposed to save something?

Ah, if I see two - signs I just automatically move to standby. Can't keep track of who's new! Be sure to put in a weight as soon as you join, I'll put your name back in now.

I'm finally back in the 130s, yay! I'm really determined and motivated to eat right and workout. My next goal is to get down to 132 lbs and I'm gonna try my hardest. Unfortunately, PMS is right around the corner. I probably have another 4-7 days until it's here and I'm just really hoping that I can stay strong and not eat like a maniac.

Same here but I am going to challenge myself to resist pms craving and see if I can work out while dealing with mine... because I always let that monthly problem set me back by getting in the way :devil:

Not going to let that happen this month

Oh man, I have been staying away from sugar lately, and today I ate some of a really sugary dessert and I'm definitely paying for it! I've been sick for HOURS. It's kind of amazing how your body changes when you alter your diet.

I know how that is! I cut out soda for awhile and one day I was at a picnic and that's ALL they had. Either that, or those sugar kid drinks. I don't drink tap water (I hate the metallic taste of it) so that's all I had to drink. About an hour later I thought I was going to DIE. My stomach hurt so bad and I had the worst heartburn ever. It's crazy how when your body doesn't have something and then does again, how it reacts!

Oh God, me too. I actually gained almost 4 lbs last month from pms bingeing :/ I'm gonna try my hardest to resist but it's definitely not easy.

epicskyline - I feel that way about really fatty foods. They make me literally sick to my stomach. I'm also allergic though so that makes it even worse.

so besides doing 30 day shred in the mornings i been going for 1.5 hour walks with gfs (thru hills and like 300 stairs) burning off lots and dropped to 188 this weekend! 80 lb loss for meeeee!!

Lol mine is on it's way!!!! but you know i make what I call daily commitments it a reminder what goal I want to achieve today and it makes me stay on track and focus on what I really want for my life... so far so good:cool:
And have you notice once you are off of it you tend to me more focus for the rest of the month

That is actually a really good idea! I might try that. I don't wanna gain another 4 lbs from binging. I finally reached my first mini goal and I don't wanna screw it up :/

Crud, I got moved to standby! I'd like to come back, please =)

Two weeks ago I was on vacation with my fiance and a friend. Did not do so well eating out for every meal. It wound up turning into a free for all week, not so much BINGING but I certainly wasn't on plan. Then I was too sheepish to weigh myself. I'm sure I'm up an embarassingly large amount of weight but whatever. I'll get it back off. I promise to weigh in this week no matter how bad the number is :D
