Thanks Kymish! I think it's just that the urgency is gone. I'm not 120 pounds overweight anymore. Now that I feel normal, I think my focus has shifted but it needs to shift back. I'm on it.

i find myself having that way of thinking once and a while to chickieboom! I'm all "hey i can eat this chocolate bar cause i lost 90 pounds. I started "sort of" cheating haha. if i want something i will take a bite of it and walk away. like kit kat bars or pasta salad or something i probably shouldn't have lol. it works pretty good! and i still stay within calorie range :)

I forgot to weigh in last week! Ah well, I think it was a bad week anyway...damn pie! Today brings my grand total for June to 2 pounds! I'm losing inches faster then I'm losing weight for some reason...

Hey, everyone! It's been a while since I've updated, but I've pretty much been holding steady at 150-152 for MONTHS. I guess that's what they meant by plateau...

My vacation is less than 5 weeks away and I am determined to loss AT LEAST 5 lbs before then. Right now 5 lbs feels like it would take a miracle, but I'm not giving up.

I'm still here too. I've embarked on the Strong Curves weight lifting plan...here's hoping for that "tone" I'm looking for with the weight loss. I can't seem to get out of this 140-143 back and forth that I seem to be experiencing. I guess on the bright side it's a 3 pound swing as opposed to the 20 pound swing that I've been playing around with for the last several years.

Hey everyone...just getting back from vacation. By some miracle I haven't gained any weight but I didn't lose either. I'll take it!

Ugggh, it's the worst when I've been 100% on plan all week, counting every calorie, and no losses. In fact I seem to be up a pound. Must persevere.

I can't believe we're at the end of this challenge already. I almost made my goal. I wanted to be under 140 and I'm at 140.6. I know the post volume decreased a lot toward the end but I hope everyone is still hanging in there. :grouphug:

Wow! I'd count that as making it bunnabear, the first 3 digits look right to me. ;) Congrats!!

I didn't hit mine (still at 163, wanted 150), but I didn't actually buckle down for most of the challenge... I'm still pretty happy because I've found a renewed focus that's lasted these past 5 weeks, and I've been pretty good at mostly keeping off what I lose, slowly but surely, for the past 2 years. So I feel confident that I've made progress, and will get there! Also 163... I haven't weighed this much (little) in 10 years, and it's the 2nd lowest I've ever weighed in my adult life. :o
