Glad I caught this in time, added myself! Sounds like fun and a little accountability would be great..

Weighed in today at 197.6

I finished the last challenge at 197. Last challenge I wasn't dieting at the start. I also binged for 3-4 days before baseline to "have a last meal." Therefore I have no idea how much of my total was water weight and how much was fat. This challenge everything I lose will be solid fat. The numbers might not be as high but I'll know exactly where I am. All good things. Also I plan to weigh in on Mondays until I have a bad week and need the extra days. Give myself a little "insurance"

Added myself in, moved back to student digs so it's the perfect time to start a challenge where i'm actually accountable. I agree, it's really exciting!

Hey guys just a heads up. The easiest way for me to re-alphabetize the list is to add colums, copy paste and sort and then delete the added colums. If I do the alphabetizing in the chart it moves the background also and screws up the colors.

Therefore if you see the chart looks a little crazy that means I'm working on it so please give me 2 min to finish.

Sorry to the person who was just trying to join while I was moving stuff around.

I just added myself and look foreward to this challenge. I don't know how to put my name in alphabetical order though so if someone can fix that for me please.

Edit: omg I am so glad you were editing it since I had thought I had done something to it! haha

glad you joined us.

No worries. I've had a few other minor issues with people trying to use the chart while I was working on it. It's not a big deal though.

I'll re-alphabatize it again later

I'm going to join this. I am starting college soon... so I'll be on a regular schedule, with a gym 1000 feet from my dorm... and I LOVE working out in a gym (but not at home or anything)... and all of that again. So... I can do it.

Just now weighed... it's not morning (actually 5:45 in the afternoon), and I've been drinking diet soda all day today... but... it's what it is right now:

216.7

And... I'll just see where my IF, gluten free, dairy free, limited ingredient diet and my year long goal of at least 6 hours a week at the gym will take me. (GF and DF are doctor's orders... limited ingredient is more of my own thing... and IF... I prefer IF to anything else).

Hi guys, I'm new here. I have been lurking for a while and decided that accountability (rather than simple stalking) will be significantly more useful at this point, so I've taken the (scary) plunge and added myself to the spreadsheet. I'm currently at about 155, and would love to lose 10-15 pounds in the 12 weeks. Looking forward to all the lovin' that goes on around here!

I want in... Why is it called 20 somethings? At the risk of sounding really new or really silly? Do I have to be in my 20's to join?
Thanks

Awww thank you so much for the welcome Iconised Ghost!! Always lovely to meet another Kiwi! Feeling very excited about this challenge! My friend and I planned ourselves a similar challenge (also 12 weeks) with a reward of a trip to Sydney in December if we can accomplish it, but I thought I could really use some accountability and I think doing it here will really help with that.
