Hi ladies. Checking in with you guys. I'm down 4.1lbs which puts me at 192.4. I've pretty much cleaned my diet up & now monitoring my portions of food. I try not to eat anything after 8pm. I've also added more water into my diet. This week I will add an exercise regimen to my schedule.. Can't wait to shed the rest of these pounds.

@Scarlett- Congrats on hitting the onederland hun

1 lb lost...
This is going to FRICKIN' SLOW
I'm ok with that though... at least I'm telling myself to be.
1) Slow weight loss means that I'm doing this in a healthy way. Eating right and exercising right
2) I'm still losing weight, can be mad when it's going down not up, right?
3) Maybe a lot of water retention. I'm replacing flub with lean muscle and my muscles need to repair themselves so they retain water.
4) I'm going to get there, it just might take a long time.
5) I still have to check my inches for the day. THOSE HAVE TO HAVE DROPPED!

I was hoping to be at 122lbs today (August 1st) but I am still screwing around in the low 123's. It's disheartening to not make a goal, but hopefully I can get to 122 by Friday and redeem myself a little.

My goal for the end of August is 120lbs! Even 120.9lbs would be a win to me! August is going to be hard, I have lots of weddings and birthdays to attend.

It's coming off so slowly now! Still pushing on, thinking of my Halloween goal!

Talk about slow progress! ive weighed myself about 4 times since last wednesday, walked sooo much saturday, been eating alright and exercising... scale has not budged! i mean, the ounces might have changed but ive still been 144 all week so far! i cant reallllly complain since weight fell off last week but still! not even enough ounces for the scale to round down to 143?! Maybe this wednesday there'll be a miracle =D

I think im on the 'slow' boat with a handful of you ladies...only lost 1lb this week. Honestly, i'll happily take it though. it was SUCH a rough week. Not sure if it was just a random bad week or just one of the worst, longest PMS experiences Ive ever had, but emotionally and physically i was a mess. there were at least two days this past week that i stood in the kitchen and said 'omg i cant stop eating' Whew...i feel like ive come through it though..fingers crossed!!

Good luck ladies! I saw halloween candy in the grocery store this week...whoa

I haven't been around much because life has been crazy and my weight loss has been pretty slow but I weighed-in at 185lbs this morning, which finally puts me at "overweight" and no longer obese!

I think I set my goal here for 175lbs? So only 10 more to go.

All right, I'm at a new low today of 122.6lbs, so I hope that my official weigh in tomorrow puts me at 122.4lbs so I can round down and move my ticker.

I've been working REALLY hard this week!

runningfromfat - That's AWESOME that you slid out of the obese category, great work!

DCchick - I can't believe there's halloween candy out already! That's out of control! I had a dark moment cramming handfuls of animal crackers into my mouth in the kitchen one day this week, so I can relate.

KawaiiCandie - Congrats on your loss!

vDub Lynxx - I bet you'll get a whoosh all at once, that's generally what happens to me when I do everything right and the scale is stubborn. Good luck!

Keep thinking of costumes ladies, we're going to be buying them in about 2 and a half months!

122.2lbs on my official weigh in today.

I love looking at everyone's losses! The spreadsheet says we've lost 177lbs together -- that's amazing! That's a full grown adult! Wow!

Hi ladies, I would love to join this challenge, if you'll allow me

I have never been able to wear a sexy cute outfit for halloween and I'm DYINGGGGGG to dress up as Jasmine from Aladdin.

So I weighed in at 170 on the dot today. And in order to look perfect on Halloween I have anywhere between 20 to 30 pounds to go. I have big hips and I know that would look amazing if I got to my dream body by then.

I was also reading up on the thread and you girls are all doing such great jobs, keep it up!

Oh boy havent been home the past few days and i go to weigh myself this morning....scales batteries are dead.. so now i cant see the damage/progress til i get new ones... so i havent really been ghost and im pretty sure id probably be the same 144 since my bodies been loving that weight lol =\

I'm at 209 TOM is on his way maybe I'll see a nice drop next week. I'm on the slow boat as far as weight. I am still losing inches but not in the spots I'd really like to lol. Seems the pounds take a while bleh!
