Haha, so true, I need to remember that next time. I even used to be a cashier at a grocery store in high school, so I know what sorts of weird stuff people buy! I've just always been so proud of my cart full of whole, natural foods. I forget that a bag of shredded fat-free cheddar (complete with that creepy powdery stuff they put on shredded cheese) probably doesn't look nearly as horrifying to the average person as it does to me, lol.

Phew so I'm finally back from the beach! Been catching up on this thread! Looks like everyone's been doing great!
Unfortunatley I took full advantage of all the great restaurants in St.Augustine and now I feel bloated and icky...
Not to mention the entire time on the beach I felt like I was being looked at as a beached whale...haha!
Next year I definitely want to be able to feel confident in a swimsuit!!
But overall I was only up 2 pounds since I left! Not the best considering I had only lost 5..but still less then I expected to gain! haha!
Plus leave it to my TOM to start midway through the trip for the first time in 5 months!! I thought I was finally done with that! haha!
Hope everyone had a great 4th!! Now its time for me to get back on track :/ haha!

I lost my 4th of July gain, + SOME!

I worked my BUTT off, so I'm glad it showed. I joined fitocracy.com (PM me if you want an invite to the site... it's GREAT). It's motivated me to work out like No Other! I want to get on the leader board of work outs for the 3FC group and Sarges group. XD

Weighed in at 157.4 lbs today. I was a little disappointed because I saw my weight drop as low as 156.8 a few days ago, but I still lost 1.4 lbs this week, so I'm pleased. I've been working out 5-6 days a week, but I'd like to bump my intensity up a bit more, maybe workout twice a day. Congrats to everyone on their losses! Keep it up.

I keep managing to weigh in really high on my weigh in days, so I put them on the spread sheet and then I'm way down the next day, drives me CRAZY! My weigh in on Friday was 126.2lbs, but the next day I weighed 124.6lbs! This has happened since the challenge started! Maybe if I take 2 days of rest before my Friday weigh in so my muscles aren't holding on to any water? idk.

My mini goal was 125lbs by the Harry Potter premiere, so I knocked that out of the park! Hot movie date with the boyfriend on Saturday!

How is everyone else coming along?? Keep thinking of those sexy costumes!

Congrats Dorian on your mini-goal!!

I def slowed down over July 4th and only lost 1/2lb that week :-( Im having an issue with drinking diet soda all of a sudden!! I had four over the past 5 days and another one during lunch today. I RARELY drink soda (diet or regular) and do my best to stay away from aspartame or any artificial sweetner bc once I start drinking/eating them, they make me crave MORE. ARGH! That, and im convinced theyre awful for you. They make me crave more, but also more junky type food. I think it all started with the light yogurt I bought a couple of weeks ago!

Down to 209 and even on TOM! I was dreading weighing in today lol.

DC light yogurt really isn't so light! I try to stick to sweet fruits when I need a sweet taste, that or gum lol.

Good job everyone, looking at the chart it looks like we're all trying and doing well. Keep pushing, I ARE going to look and feel better by this Halloween!

Updated the chart, ladies. I saw a loss of 2.4 lbs this week. I'm definitely happy with that and I think it's because I've been cycling my calories better thanks to MyFitnessPal. Good luck!
