dcapulet: I don't know about that... not with the weight I lose weight... I'll lose 10 lbs FAST then get stuck there for MONTHS...

I once got to 145 and no matter what I did, I couldn't lose those 20 lbs. Wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. And I had fat to lose too! Could still grab it from my middle, arms... and other areas. Was so annoying XD

I ate really clean this week, ran hard, and it paid off cause I'm at 123.8lbs this morning. Yay!

Bit of a slow start to the competition but I managed to lose 1 more pound =). Not sure if I'll meet my goal weight but I'm certainly going to try my best!

Well, all my weigh ins will show a gain because all my old scales were too finicky and changed on me, so I guessed the weight. I got a new scale that is just digital and it shows exactly no changing! I'm 160.2 this morning, which would seem like a gain because the old scale logged me at 158, but I KNOW when I tested this new scale I was 162.2, so for me, it's a LOSS.
I'll leave the numbers alone and just continue from here. =)

Weighed in at 154.8 lbs this morning!! That's 2.6 lbs down from last week! If I can keep going like this, I'll meet my Halloween goal, plus some!

Riestrella- Yeah, I may not meet mine either, but the goal is just to try and have fun with it! So either way you're on the right track!

Kurisitaru- I'd do the same! I'm sure you'll be fine if you're trying anyways. Scales finicky or not aren't normally very accurate anyways. Wish I'd started measuring long ago lol.

UrthWurm- Congrats! Keep it up!

I'm doing alright, honestly I've been lazy about my work out routine, but I am still watching what I eat and I'll start working out again soon. Wooo. Down to a size 16 as well! I'm sooo excited about that.

148.8 today =D not quite a pound lost but ill take what i can get lol.. i really can't wait to get my costume! i just don't know whether i should order one or just wait til the halloween store around here opens for the season...like if i order it, more selection and good chance no one will have my exact costume, but i wont know how it will fit on me and costumes can be funky in sizing and i dont want it to wind up being too short!!

I ate SO much last weekend, I think I'll be lucky to just not show a gain on my weigh in tomorrow, even though I've been good all week.

DC- sorry about the loss in your family, Dear and the drama. As far as the binge, just tryto get back on track soon. Nothing wrong with bumps in the road. I hope things will calm down for you soon.

vDub, a pound is a pound awesome job! At your weight, I'd so order one. There are soooo many to choose from online. I find it more difficult to find things that fit proper at my weight lol. Check around and see if they have a return thing at all, maybe if you start early and have to sen something back or exchange it it ill work out! That's what I'd try for anyways.

Dorian- I've had those weekends too lol. But, i just remind myself it probably is not as much food as I think. I at least know it's kind of difficult to go over 2500 or 3000 cals a day every day. It's only one weekend it will even out I'm sure! And, it's also to okay to enjoy food that way every once in a while, we are human!

So, my mother doesn't get out of the house, ever. She suffers from depression and I worry about her a lot, all the time. Last night she said she wanted to get out of the house and get a steak dinner at Outback, and there is nothing that would have kept me from going out to eat with her and having a good time together. And I definitely didn't want to make her feel bad by saying "Oh, I can't have that or that cause I'm on a diet" -- that would have been awful. I went and I ate 1700 calories in one meal and I'm NOT SORRY! It was delicious, too.

I came home and ran 4 miles though.

Clocked in at 123.2lbs this morning, which is about half a pound of loss this week - I'll take it. Updating the spread sheet!

Dorian--good for you for going out and compensating with a long run!

Buttercup--i hope things are going well for you :-) I like seeing you around!!

The aftermath from the binge went away and im down another 3lbs this week, but im not going to log it until my official weigh-in day. especially since i have a whole weekend of outings to balance in :-) it's SO hot here (washington dc area) the heat index is something like 112 degrees (actualy temp 102-103) so hopefully all of this heat will melt some extra fat off!

Hope you feel better DCchick!

Good on you Dorian! You went about that situation the right way! It's nice to just let loose and forget about dieting. Congrats on the 4 mile run though! I'm doing a 4.5 mile run on Sunday and I'm dreading it!

I've been weighing in around the 181-179 lbs mark this week, which is extremely exciting because 179 lbs means I'm out of the red zone and no longer obese. It also means I've lost 14 lbs since January, which I still can't believe I'm managed to do! 10k training is going well, I've skipped a few workouts here and there but I'm getting inducted at a gym on Tuesday so I can start some cross training.

2 days until my official weigh in!

Oh my gosh, all together we've lost 137lbs in this challenge so far!? That BLOWS my MIND! Keep it up, guys! I can't wait to see how much we'll have lost by Halloween!

I ate below maintenance all weekend and the scale says I'm 2 pounds heavier this morning.

Riestrella - Thanks for the kind words. How was your run?? CONGRATS on your no-longer-obese victory, that's so awesome!
