Ok, we're not making goals, just trying for two days or more a week.
4/1: rest
4/2: fencing tournament, moderate activity
4/3: walked but no gym
4/4: 30 min on treadmill, 14 of running!
4/5: 20 min on treadmill, 10 of running (had to cut short due to work)
4/6: traveling
4/7: traveling
4/8: 15 min on treadmill 7.5 of running and 20 min of weight lifting.

Planning on working out at least 25 days this month
4/1- Swimming 25 mins
4/2- NMTZ 55 mins
4/3- Hiking 1 hr
4/4- Cycling 1 hr
4/5- Rest
4/6- Hike 1 1/2 hrs
I'm hoping to pull out 25/30 days considering I started a job!
