    I'm hoping to pull out 25/30 days considering I started a job!

    04/01/11: EA Sports (33 minutes)
  • I'm going to try for that 1800 minutes again since I missed the mark last month with way too many unscheduled rest days.

    4/1 - Treadmill (45)
  • Round 2 of the 30 Day Shred for me this month!

    SW: 166.2
    GW: 158.8

    04/01: L1 D1
  • I'm gonna go for 21/30 days

    1 - 4/1/11 - core routine
  • Shooting for 25/30 days in April

    4/1: Treadmill and bike (60 min)
  • 4/1: 50 min on eliptical (1000 cals burned so it said, can you really trust these?)
  • Hoping for 25/30 days as well
    April 1: elliptical, treadmill, cycling and weights
  • I'm gonna try for 20 of 30 days this month. Not done this challenge before but I want to exercise more this month.

    1st - 2.5hrs walking
    2nd - 1hr walking
    4th - 1hr on wii
  • I'm going to attempt at least 30 minutes 5 days a week for April.

    4/1-rest day

  • I need to do the challenge this month. My goal is 20 workouts. And I really want to focus on strength training more.

    4/2 - 5k run, 100 pushups challenge test, 200 squats challenge test (1)
  • Shooting for 25/30 days in April

    4/1: Treadmill and bike (60 min)
    4/2: Planks (2 min); walking (60 min, low intensity... ie: shopping)
  • Goal: 20 workouts

    4/3 - 1.3 mile run and 25 min crosstrainer (2)
