152.6 (according to my mom's wii-fit board.. i just need to see that extra decimal haha) but i was sick as a dog yesterday so i gotta take that into account =( i dont wanna but gotta be fair.

Hi all :) this thread is quiet!

Tomorrow marks 1 week back on track for me. I’ve lost 2 lbs so far! Just really trying hard to stick to my 1500 calories, and I’ve been running more. This past week I ran 14 miles (total). Fingers crossed I keep progressing like this!!!!!

Funny that you updated in this thread, I was just about to search through my posts to find it and update!!

As of yesterday morning, I am down to 148! My goal for next weigh-in is 146, so I hope I can do it!! Let's get this thread back up and running again, it's one of my favorites!

This morning I weighed 140.2, and if I spend too many more days in the 140's I think I'm going to go insane. :dizzy::dizzy::dizzy:

oh man, 152.3 this morning, good thing too because i was about to freak out. I was sick this week so i was down to 150.7 but get this, i weighed myself yesterday and i was at 153.4? i shouldnt have even stepped on the scale because i knew the medication they gave me...kind of... blocked my system up so obviously i weighed more even though i've been on plan like a champion lol! but at 152 today i'm figuring is back to normal, the 150 looked nice but i was sick and barely eating haha. i'm just glad my first mini-speedbump didnt mess me up or make me give up =)

Yay vDub! I'm also glad to see that the speed bump didn't derail you :) Speaking of being "blocked up"... I hope this isn't TMI, but I've noticed that since I made a concious effort to eat better, I haven't been "going" as much as I used to. I used to once a day, and now it's less frequent, maybe every two or three days! Anybody else experience this? It's kind of weird....

Alright, so yesterday I had a doctor's appointment and weighed in at 150... and then for some reason I decided to go to olive garden and TOTALLY splurge on dessert. Fail :/ Gotta tighten the reigns for the rest of the week!

Well...I may be banished from this thread...

I'm back from New Orleans, and I'm weighing in at 162.9...There is no way I've gained that much in two weeks. I know I didn't drink enough water while I was gone, so that may have some part.

Also, I'm really sore...I had my aunts bootcamp in the am, helped my grandparents clear their house for new carpet for 7 (!) hours, and then had another bootcamp in the evening.

My eating is slightly bad...not horrible, just have to get into the swing of things, I guess. I have no schedule, as I teach and took the summer off. I'm so used to eating at such and such time...this is so hard :(

I'm hoping with my increase in water intake and my soreness fading, I'll see that number drop and I can come back...I'm so sad to see that number on the scale.

Agreed, I've plateaued in the 140's FOREVER. Lucky for you, you're quite close to leaving! I'm hoping I'm out by the time I start classes again (Sept 1)

Wow! Is there some life in this thread again?! WOOHOO! So glad to see that! I have been stuck at 153 for a couple weeks now but FINALLY (and I realize it was my fault, I was going to the gym but not really watching my calories like I should have been), I've been on plan all week so if I don't weight 152 or lower on Monday....well, I'll probably just push even harder the next week =)

Glad to see so many of you doing great and I'm even MORE glad that this thread is back up and running!

Had a NSV yesterday - I visited a friend of mine who I haven't seen in about 4 or 5 months, and as she greeted me she said I looked "skinny"! What! I have not been described as skinny in quite some time!! :)
