Every time I look at something out of my calorie plan I just think 149! Its so close. |
Finally saw some movement on the scale, yay! 152.6 this morning.

Down to a solid 153.0 (from 153.8 last week) today...I absolutely WATERLOGGED myself yesterday - just knocked back bottle after bottle of water - some with lemon (I've found it acts a bit as a diuretic and keeps all the water from staying in!) and a couple with Crystal Light...and today finally saw the scale budge. Could it be??? I'm going to try it again today and see what happens... Ready to be OUT of the 150s!!! Is it going to be this slow from here on out? :( |
heyyyy everybody i'm back on this boat i know i used to post in here a little bit but kind of stopped since i started only weighing myself once a week.. but since i've been doing pretty bad (140.9 went up to 143.5 in a week how that works, i have no idea but thats what it said haaha) so to keep myself back on track im gonna start weighing myself everyday tomorrow morning. I only have a few pounds left 'til im technically outta this thread but i definitly need this one in the meantime =)

After one amazing week: eating on plan (& no bingeing!), 1-2 hours of exercise 6 days, lots of water, I only lost 1 stinkin pound. *Sigh* Hopefully next Monday brings better numbers when Aunt Flo's visit is over.
FX, because I am not giving up. If I don't change then nothing changes and I am sick of wearing my "fat" pants! Good Luck this week ladies! :) |
I take my "official" numbers on Sundays, and this week I weighed in at 152.3. So it might be a stretch for this Sunday (28 Aug) but is definitely doable for 4 September!!!
Out of the 150s by September...sounds good to me! |
Cant weigh myself today so i dont know but i 'feel' less fat today if that counts ;) hopefully today turns out ok i realized that i always have hard time monday nights/tuesday because i spend it all at my boyfriends.. so maybe today ill convince him to eat good for my sanity lol =) tomorrow morning or thursday when i get back to my place hopefully ill see some progress at least lower than 142 =) i've got my fingers crossed lol

I started jillian's shred and feel GREAT after a week of it! I am finally down to 145.8 and happy but the fat is NOT coming off the area (my tummy) that I want it to! It's like DANG
Where else can the fat come off? Every time I think my legs have gotten as muscular and as skinny as they possibly can, they shrink more and my belly stays the same! With ten pounds to go...I may need to re evaluate my goal weight! |
After posting on here a few weeks ago wanting to join this group, I FINALLY managed it! The only way is up! (or down if it's my weight!!)

I am stuck at 141 for a while now. I know that once it moves, I'm straight into the 130s, I can't wait! Krizstyling - I wish I had the same problem :P I still have a belly and my legs are super fat. They are not loosing. My belly will be gone after a few more LBS I think, but when are my legs gonna shrink? We seem to be about the same height - so, you must be an apple? |

152.8 this week!!!!!! ARRGGGHHHH. It seems like when you're getting ready to come out of a 10 lb range it just starts hanging on for dear life. Weird.
I'm going to try to really watch it this week! |
