LOL I just counted it up... I haven't been on weight watchers for 16 weeks... I've been there for 24 weeks!! Wow... the leaders just must have forgotten to give me the award before. 6 months wow! thats pretty cool... I <3 weight watchers. I've consistantly lost .6 lbs a week which is slow but works for me

Morning ladies, got a great workout in last night but woke up feeling really tired for some reason? Must be the weather (rainy, cloudy, etc.). On the bright side I did my mid-week weigh in and am down some after stalling last week...we will see if it holds for Saturday morning. Got a date tonight with the new boy (he is sweet, funny, thinks I look hot just the way I am and oh so very handsome)...pinch me...everything is going really well for me. :)
Ally- 6 months with WW is amazing. With that kind of commitment, you know you are making a life style change. .6lbs a week may be slow but you stuck with it despite that fact and I think you are doing a fabulous job. Madison- congrats! Feels awesome doesn't it? yhahmd- have a spot saved for you. Welcome! |
Ohh, thought I would add...I went bathing suit shopping yesterday. I expected to leave the store feeling totally defeated but I actually found a one-piece that looks really cute (very retro) and a two-piece that looks good but with another 5 lbs or so is going to look rockin. :carrot:

Got like 6 different weights this morning but 4 out of the 6 were under 140 so hopefully Ill officially be leaving you guys by tomorrow or Friday! Good luck girls! :0)

Hello ladies!! Seems my last 20 pounds are holding strong and really trying to BREAK ME DOWNNNNNNNN!! But I will continue to push through, albeit a bit harder this week I admit.
I am not going to weigh in officially until Monday but I'm hoping for at the very least a one pound drop, two would be amazing. I'm going to kick it up a notch in the cardio area. Glad to see everyone reaching their goals, whether it fast or slow, it's progress and on that we all have to be proud! |
ally - I've been making some WW recipes & I love them!! I did WW for a month 2 years ago & I didn't lose an ounce! lol But I wasn't really into it - I was just doing it because I knew I should be trying to lose weight, but I had no motivation. If you haven't seen it, you should check out Skinny Recipes - they are GREAT!
sweet - I wanna see the suit!! I want to wear a bathing suit...oddly enough. It's been raining sooo much here & sunshine would just feel so lovely. Kriz - where have you been?? I FINALLY got into the 150s!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 159.2 today. I knew that it was gonna be up because I went out with my gf's last night & ate tons of chips & salsa. I only ate 500 calories all day, knowing that I was going to go out, so I'm just lucky that it wasn't higher than that with all the salt I ingested. :) I'm hittin' it hard today because tomorrow is my official weigh-in for the week. Hope everyone is having a good Thursday! |
Ok its been a while... I slacked from 3fc. Bad mistake. I gained a few pounds back, but since i started eating healthy again I have lost them. So here I am, stuck in the 140's STILL! I could have been so much closer to my goal. Oh well.... At least I'm back now.
145.4 today. Hopefully I will see the 144's soon! |
I squeaked into the 140s this morning at 149.3.
At first I didn't think it would be that big of a deal...but seeing that second number on the scale change is so EXCITING!!! :) :) :) I feel like I am holding hands with you ladies now, and we are all marching our way out of these decades :P |

Madison- Chips and salsa are a big weekness of mine as well, they just sit there in front of you and you can't help but eat one, then two, then....well you know the drill. Will try to charge my camera and take a picture of the suit...it is pretty darn cute. Kristen- Just get back on the horse. Today is a new day. Panda- WTG! It is an amazing thing to see 14- something. I did a little happy dance when I hit it. ---------------------------------------------------------- Happy Friday gals! I weighed in at 143 today which I'm excited about because that was after two date nights in a row with the new boy (and after stalling last week at 145). Of course, one of those dates I cooked so I could control portions but it feels so good to be able to eat regular food for dinner (i.e., not microwave meals) and still lose. Before the boy I would eat fruit for breakfast, a sandwich or chicken salad for lunch and a microwave meal (Lean Cuisine or something) for dinner. I figure between the microwave meal and snacking because the microwave meal didn't fill me up I would eat around 450-500 calories anyway so why not eat a real meal, feel full and not snack. Simple yet somehow I hadn't caught on till now. Anyway, I'm just hoping to maintain this week because I'm going to be bad this weekend I'm sure (visiting family). Hope everyone has a fab weekend. |

Dates went really, really well...we've been out on dates for about 3 weeks and are officially a "pair" now from what I gather (i.e., both not seeing anyone else). He is sweet, funny and cute, cute, cute. :)

159.2 again today. And today is my cheat day :) I had donuts for breakfast & Jack in the Box for lunch :) YUMMMMM! I'm doing cheat day every 2 weeks now since it's getting harder to lose as I get lower. Hoping everyone is having a great Friday!!

Newbie on the thread, just weighed in at 159.8 this morning, broken into the last ten, yay! I have to admit that deep down, I honestly don't believe I'll ever hit goal though.
