I'm planning on attempting to work out while I'm out of town, but I really don't know what the schedule is like or anything. I would like to shoot for 25/30, but if I can't workout for those 4 days, that cuts me kinda close if things come up during the rest of the month.
My goal is to continue C25K, progressing in the program 3 days a week and doing W1's program the alternate 2 days/week for a total of 5 days a week.
**Edit: C25K is starting to get pretty tough. I might not bother with the alternate days. We'll see how I feel on the morning after my progression days lol
I'm also hoping to sign up for 2 new fitness classes at my school and work some muscles 3 days a week..
Hopefully this will put me at my target of a 5 lb loss for September.

I haven't joined one of these exercise challenges before but getting in enough exercise is always a challenge for me so let's do it! I pledge to exercise 20 times this month.

Goals-- Getting back to my fitness level from last year when I was able to...
A) Exercise at least 5 times a week, one of which being a class at the gym
B) Consume an average of 1200-1500 calories/day for the week
C) Drink 6-8 cups of water a day
Starting weight 8/29 from BL challenge: 151.0
Week 1. 148.8 lbs, Avg 1130 cals, exercised daily, avg 3.25 water/day
9/1/10: 1480 cal, Mountain hiking for 3.5 hours, strength (Upper body), 6 glasses water
9/2/10: 840 cal, Zumba Class 50 min, 1 water (too much caf free diet coke)
9/3/10: 1080 cal, 30 min elliptical, 4 water
9/4/10: 1120 cal, 30 min elliptical, 2 water and some diet caf free sodas
Week 2. 147.0 lbs
9/5/10: 1338 cal, 30 min elliptical, 3 water
9/6/10: 2175 cals (eeek...), 30 minute walk, 30 minute elliptical, 6 water
9/7/10: 1580 cals (eeek again!), 30 minute walk, 15 min elliptical
9/8/10: ~1500 cals (not doing good this week), 2 hrs walking slowish at the zoo. Edit: HA! 30 min elliptical. Done!
9/9/10: 1015 cals, 3 water, 30 min walk, 1 hour Zumba Class, 1 hour Yoga Class
9/10/10: ~1400 cals (1244 estimation + leeway for bad estimation), 6 water, 30 min walk, 30 min elliptical. Note: Chinese food, lots of sodium.
9/11/10: 1355 cal, 4 water, 30 min elliptical
Week 3. 146.0 lbs
9/12/10: Today did not happen.
9/13/10: 1780 cals, no exercise. TOM. Not feeling good.
I'm going to do 20 days this month, same goal as last month, except this time I WILL complete the challenge. At least 30 minutes per day (unless I do 20min Turbo Jam haha). Focus more on some strength training and being aware of my general fitness!
