9/2 = 30minute Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio
9/3 = 32minutes stationary bike
9/4 = Day Off
9/5 = 26minutes stationary bike
9/6 = 46minutes Wii Fit
9/7 = Day Off
9/8 = 20 min Turbo Jam dvd
9/9 = 14 minutes Wii fit (was meant to be a day off)
9/10 = 42 minutes stationary bike

9/13 = 24 minute jog/walk - 2.5km (first EVER fitness based walk/jog not on treadmill!)

Alright, I know it's practically the end of September, but I've been slacking on the exercise front so badly that I need to get this under control.
Goal: exercise every day from 9/18 to 9/29, at which point I'm going on vacation (wooohoooo!)
