My goal for this month was to run for 30 miles on the treadmill. I have always avoided running (ok, I used to hate it), but figured to give it another shot. As of today, I have 13.70 miles to go to complete my goal. Look at me, I'm running and actually liking it!
My other non-exercise goals for this month are: no burgers, no fries (my kryptonite!), no chips, and just drink water and milk. So far so good. :D |
