9.01.2010 - 1/26 60mins: P90X - Shoulders & Arms; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X; 2 mile walk up hill 9.02.2010 - 2/26 90mins: P90X - Yoga X 9.03.2010 - 3/26 60mins: P90X - Legs & Back; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X 9.04.2010 - 4/26 4hours: Working on a horse stable...so I missed my kenpo :'( Luckily I'm still getting a great workout in. 9.05.2010 - Rest Day 9.06.2010 - 5/26 60mins: P90X - Core Synergistics; 2 hours: working on a horse stable. 9.07.2010 - 6/26 40mins: P90X - Cardio X; 1 mile walk uphill 9.08.2010 - 7/26 60mins: P90X - Shoulders & Arms; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X 9.09.2010 - 8/26 90mins: P90X - Yoga X; 2 mile walk uphill |

9/1 = 20minute Turbo Jam workout 9/2 = 30minute Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 9/3 = 32minutes stationary bike 9/4 = Day Off 9/5 = 26minutes stationary bike 9/6 = 46minutes Wii Fit 9/7 = Day Off 9/8 = 20 min Turbo Jam dvd 9/9 = 14 minutes Wii fit (was meant to be a day off) 9/10 = 42 minutes stationary bike |

This is my first time posting here so I'll take it slow ... starting September 10th
I'm trying to think of this as, "How many days do I have 'off' this month? How can I use them wisely?" kind of like work.. haha. I say I will have 4 days off from now until the end of the month. I just used one. lol 10th = 15 min stairmaster, had to stop because my knee started acting up again. 20 minutes weights. 11th = giving my knee a break today. 12th = 20 min stairmaster, 20 min eliptical, 30 min weights |

9/5: 30DS Lvl 1 - OMG! I want to die, seriously ETA: Brazil Butt Lift is on hold for now lol 9/6: 30DS Lvl 1/C25K W1D1 - Wasn't as bad as I thought, but I'll be sore 9/7: 30DS Lvl 1 - I have pain in parts where I didn't know I could hurt 9/8: 30DS Lvl 1/C25K W1D2 - Back to back workouts tonight, I feel so strong! WOOHOO!!! 9/9: 30DS Lvl/Yoga Meltdown - I just fell in love with sweating my butt off!!! This is definitely staying in my routine 9/10: 30DS Lvl 1/C25K W1D3 - I ran for 6 minutes straight during one of my intervals!!! |
