9/1 = 20minute Turbo Jam workout 9/2 = 30minute Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 9/3 = 32minutes stationary bike 9/4 = Day Off 9/5 = 26minutes stationary bike 9/6 = 46minutes Wii Fit 9/7 = Day Off 9/8 = 20 min Turbo Jam dvd 9/9 = 14 minutes Wii fit (was meant to be a day off) 9/10 = 42 minutes stationary bike 9/11 = 20 min Turbo Jam dvd 9/12 = Day Off 9/13 = 24 minute jog/walk - 2.5km (first EVER fitness based walk/jog not on treadmill!) 9/14 = 26 minutes stationary bike 9/15 = 20 min Turbo Jam dvd (urgh everything is way harder after that jog/walk on Monday!) 9/16 = Day Off 9/17 = 21 minute jog/walk - 2.5km 9/18 = Day Off 9/19 = Day Off 9/20 = 42 minutes stationary bike 9/21 = Day Off (those words are looking all too common on here - but even though it's only 9.30am on Tuesday, I know it won't happen today due to my schedule) 9/22 = Turbo Jam 20 Min Workout, 10 minutes treadmill jog/walk intervals. 9/23 = 36 minutes treadmill (3.8km total. 20 mins jogging total) 9/24 = Day Off (going to have to exercise for the next 5 days straight to make my goal, Tuesday is my only worry) 9/25 = 25 mins stationary bike |
