This is my first month getting back in the grove of things, and I don't want to set myself up for failure. My goal is 30 minutes of exercise 15/30 days.

My goal is 20 workouts this month. I'd like at least 10 of those to incorporate some type of strength training.

25 out of 30 day I WILL work out. My focus is still cardio, with the goal of getting back into running.
I must make this happen. I would ideally like 26, but 25 will be "achieving goal". 1/25 -35 min elliptical -30 min bike |

I'm in too! I plan on 26 days this month starting Sun. the 5th. That means everyday until the end of this month, oh boy:^:. I'm doing a combo of 30DS and Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody to lose these hips and thighs. Also I'm inserting the C25K training in the evenings, I have my first race coming up in November, eeek! But I know I can do this and I'm so happy to have such a great support system here. :D

First time doing a challenge. My goal is to work out 25 days out of 30. I can so do this.
