3/20 C25K and 15 min elliptical

I'm going to pledge 20/30 days because I know I'll be out of town for one of these weekends and will probably not get a chance to exercise.
9/1: Circuit Training (45 min) and Elliptical (30 min) 9/2: None 9/3: Elliptical (30 min) 9/4: Circuit Training (45 min) 9/5: Dancing (60 min) 9/6: None 9/7: Circuit Training (45 min) 9/8: Circuit Training (60 min) 9/9: Elliptical (30 min) 9/10: Circuit Training (45 min) 9/11: None (unless walking and shopping for 6 hours counts =P) 9/12: Circuit Training (45 min) 9/13: Circuit Training (45 min) 9/14: Swimming (45 min) 9/15: Circuit Training (45 min) 9/16: Circuit Training (30 min) 9/17: Circuit Training (30 min) 9/18: None 9/19: None 9/20: None (I need to prioritize exercise more) 9/21: Circuit Training (45 min), Swimming (30 min) 9/22: None 9/23: Circuit Training (45 min) 9/24: None 9/25: None 9/26: None 9/27: Circuit Training (45 min), Swimming (30 min) 9/28: None 9/29: Circuit Training (30 min) 9/30: Circuit Training (45 min) |

9.01.2010 - 1/26 60mins: P90X - Shoulders & Arms; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X; 2 mile walk up hill 9.02.2010 - 2/26 90mins: P90X - Yoga X 9.03.2010 - 3/26 60mins: P90X - Legs & Back; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X 9.04.2010 - 4/26 4hours: Working on a horse stable...so I missed my kenpo :'( Luckily I'm still getting a great workout in. |

9/2 = 30minute Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 9/3 = 32minutes stationary bike 9/4 = Day Off 9/5 = 26minutes stationary bike |

I would just like to add that I wasn't going to work out tonight because I just plain ol' didn't feel like it until I thought about this thread. I sooo wanted to come in and update my post with success. :D So this is a big thanks to all of you girls keeping me motivated! :yay::yay::yay:
