9/1 = 20minute Turbo Jam workout 9/2 = 30minute Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 9/3 = 32minutes stationary bike 9/4 = Day Off 9/5 = 26minutes stationary bike 9/6 = 46minutes Wii Fit 9/7 = Day Off |
I'm in too! I plan on 26 days this month starting Sun. the 5th. That means everyday until the end of this month, oh boy. I'm doing a combo of 30DS and Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody to lose these hips and thighs. Also I'm inserting the C25K training in the evenings, I have my first race coming up in November, eeek! But I know I can do this and I'm so happy to have such a great support system here.
