WTF, mate. I drank a crap load of water yesterday, ate properly all day.. I had a sub for dinner, but on wheat, turkey, veggies..

Hm. I did have a Lean Cuisine for lunch, the first prepackaged food I've had in a week or more.. sometimes I just need the convenience!

I'm so annoyed. Would one stinking meal really screw me that badly?
