I'm joining quite late. Been a good summer and I had been neglecting to step on the scale. But when I did again for the first time in awhile it said nice things to me . So I need to keep on track now. I hope to see the 160's before the end of the month.

But ate awful salty meal late late night. Feel terrible today as a result. I need to hold onto the memory of how crappy crappy food make smy body feel when I have been blessing it with whole nutrient rich food! |
