I need to do this so that I can hold myself accountable. In June I lost 20 pounds and I've kind of been at a stand still, unwilling to eat right. I'm ready to get back into gear and lose twenty more.

I have gotten WAY off track! I skipped out in the middle of July and gained 7 pounds! I'm back to shed these 7 pounds plus some in August!
