Great timing! Had an awful weekend (well, really great actually, but major diet fail), and definitely need some accountability.
Thanks to my weekend I'm looking at: SW: 233. What the crap, man. I was so stoked I hit the 220's and I let one stinking weekend take it away. GW: 225 I want to be firmly into the 220s by the end of this month, if not hitting the 210s. |

CW: 240.5 GW: 230.5 I'm in the early stages of losing weight (Again. For the hundredth time or so.), so I tend to lose about .5 lb -1 lb a day. So this goal is somewhat conservative. But I'm sure my loss will slow down soon enough. |
