Hoping to get out of the 180s finally.
SW: 182.4 GW: 176-178 8/1: 182.4 :carrot: 8/2: 183.2 I expected that. Dangerous sodium..so good. :p Hopefully Zumba and gym will help tonight. 8/3: 183.2 Holding steady 8/4: 183.4 Pushing water and Zumba Toning/gym tonight. 8/5: 182.8 Moving in right direction. Kettlebells class/gym tonight. 8/6: 181.8 w00t. :) Rest day. 8/7: 182.6 Ah..stupid early morning weigh-ins. Gym after work. 8/8: 180.8 :carrot: Rest day. 8/9: 181.4 Zumba and gym tonight. :) 8/10: 182.2 A bit confounded since I had an on-plan day yesterday. But still a pound down from last Tuesday so yay. I would do cartwheels if I wasn't in pain. I hope it doesn't mean that my latest success is due to the scale flaking out. We'll find out once i get new batteries. Aug 16: 238.0 - The scale must of been right before. I knew I shouldn't have had Subway AND skipped my yoga yesterday. At least I resisted pizza my BF made last night (So proud of myself!) 7. 174.8 8. 174.2 9. 174.0 Going slow, but going! lol 10. 173.4 11. 173.4 12. 174.8 Bad night for me, had 2 slices of pizza and some cookies at like 12-1am! I'm joining quite late. Been a good summer and I had been neglecting to step on the scale. But when I did again for the first time in awhile it said nice things to me . So I need to keep on track now. I hope to see the 160's before the end of the month.
8/10 174.0 8/11 174.4 oh well, only a little up I guess. 8/12 - woke up late misssed my weigh in 8/13 175.8 Wondering if there is truth to sore muscles resulting in weight gain???? 8/14 175.4 Soreness mostly gone. But ate awful salty meal late late night. Feel terrible today as a result. I need to hold onto the memory of how crappy crappy food make smy body feel when I have been blessing it with whole nutrient rich food! 8/15 174.2 Yay heading back in the right direction 8/16 176.0 Yuck! I ate a salty stir fry last night. :( Hope its mostly water 8/17 172.8 woo hoo!!!! But I bet it bounces up a little so a few days :/ __________________ |

GW: 159...just want to see the 150's this month August 1: 163.5 August 2: 165.0 Ouch. I was majorly off plan yesterday, so I'm back on track today. August 3: 164.0 Woohoo! Moving back in the right direction. August 4: 162.0 I double checked too. I don't get it, but yay! August 5: 162.5 August 6: 162.0 Woohoo!! I can do this! Now I just gotta keep going n get to my August goal...I'm only 4 pounds away from 20 lbs GONE!!! August 7: 163.5 So don't get my body August 8: 163.0 Well, at least it's moving down. And I did eat dinner at 9pm last night, so it's not too bad I guess. August 9: 162!! Okay. Back on track...only 4 pounds to 20 down...I can do it! August 10: 161.5!!!! A HEALTHY BMI!!! And 3.5 pounds to 20 down!!!! August 11: 161.5 again!! August 12-16: Away from scale and computer. August 17: 157.5!!! (Okay so a little too quickly, but it was TOM and that usually helps me to drop some weight...) |

1st = 189.8 (p1 day 6) 2nd = 190.4 (P1 day 7) 3rd =189.8 (P1 day 8) 4th = 190 (p1 day 9) *ugh! I keep bouncing around 189 and 190* 5th = 189.4 (p1 day 10) 6th = 189.0 (p1 day 11) 7th = 187.6 (p1 day 12) EIGHT POUNDS LOST!!!! 8th = ??? (p1 day 13) 9th = 188.8 (p1 day 14) Done with Phase 1 10th = ? 11th = ? 12th = 191.0 (problems with being regular) UGH!! 13th = 188.8 (Back on track!) 14th = ? 15th = ? 16th = ? 17th = 190.4 18th = 188.8 Back to where I was on the 9th and 13th Geez!
