My goal this month is to see the 160's, even if its 169.8!
1. 176.8 2. 176.0 3. 176.0 4. 175.0 Wow I'm surprised...I had candy and ice cream last night >.< 5. 175.4 UGH I'm so sore haha 6. 176.0 GRR! I knew I shouldn't have had Subway AND skipped my yoga yesterday. At least I resisted pizza my BF made last night (So proud of myself!) 7. 174.8 8. 174.2 9. 174.0 Going slow, but going! lol 10. 173.4 11. 173.4 12. 174.8 Bad night for me, had 2 slices of pizza and some cookies at like 12-1am! I also had weight training yesterday...but I'm back on track today so hoping to see a drop tomorrow! 13. 174.6 14. 174.8 Ate like crap! 15. 175.0 Ate like crap! 16. 176.6 Ate like crap! 17. 176.8 Today this is going to stop!!! I had a very fun week, but I feel like crap physically from eating nothing but fatty foods. UGH. 18. 174.8 Thats a relief. Yesterday went well, back on track again! 19. 172.8 Whoa, didn't except that. Good though! lol 20. 172.4 I'm suppose to go out to dinner with my family tonight to a buffet. I think I'm going to stick to the salad bar, light dressing/no croutons! 21. Missed Weigh-In: Had a family BBQ to attend and didn't get a chance to check the scale this morning. 22. 174.0 I'm not surprised because of the BBQ yesterday. I'm pretty sure I'll drop back down tomorrow. :) 23. 173.2 Ate great yesterday, Back on track again. (TOM) 24. 171.8 Numbers were jumping between .6 and .8 (TOM) 25. 170.8 I have GOT to stay on plan tonight! I've been doing great so far! (TOM) 26. 169.4 YAY! Now to stay in the 60's! lol (TOM) 27. 168.8 I'm shocked my weight is still dropping. (TOM) 28. 168.6 29. 169.0 Ate a little later than I would have liked last night, back on track today. 30. 169.0 Ate great yesterday, but instead of taking my rest day I spent about 5 hours working on a barn so I'm a bit sore still. Good news, I lost a 1/2 inch in my chest & hips and 1 inch in my waist! YAY 31. |
