4. 177.2 - not too bad. the first time I weighed myself I got 79.9kg (176lb) and I got really excited since I haven't been in my 70's since I was 14 but it was a false read.. oh well, fingers crossed for tomorrow!

I'm ecstatic with that -.2; after a perfect day yesterday we went to dinner at a new restaurant and I didn't order wisely. I did excessively drink water and skip the beer sampler, so that probably helped me a bit at least.

It would probably help if I actually did any working out this month. I've done nothing but housecleaning so far, and while tiring, it just doesn't cut it.
