Good morning everyone! So, good news and bad news this morning. My mini goal was Onederland and when I met it I was going to buy myself a digital scale. Well, my amazing husband new this and surprised me with one early. I thought I was down to 212 on my crappy old scale.
Not so much... I got on it last night and it said 218. I wanted to cry. But this morning it's 215.8. So I'm heavier than I thought I was, but at least now I KNOW and am not wondering if my scale is just stupid. Soooo.... GW: 205 - 10lb loss SW: 215 1. 215 2. 214 3. 215 4. 214 5. 212 - Woohoo 6. 213 7. 215.8 - but back on track :D Update from this morning: Just walked 1.7 miles! It was hot and my feet hurt, but my energy right now is SKY HIGH! Woohoo! |
