Hey ladies! I'm backkkk!

I'm just sneaking a peak while I'm at work right now. Must finish payroll or there will be a lot of mad people!

Got through my first round of temptation.... I was craving cream cheese and bagel but instead went for my veggies I packed and been downing the water... Feeling full so not worried about the bagel.

I just hope I can keep this up!

Stella - Ugh, that is awkward :C

Star - Congrats on the new job!!!

Blerg, WHY did I just let myself eat leftover chinese for lunch? Ok, granted, I ate less than I normally would (aka normal human portion sizes) and it ate up so many of my calories for today. Today is supposed to be my low day of zigzagging. And now I just feel icky and gross for have eaten it.

I need to go food shopping, we have no food in the house.

And today is not shot... Granted, this probably means I won't see that water weight drop off the scale tomorrow BUT I can still finish today healthy.

Sgregg - Yeah, I am/was curious. But We've never been really close, I'm a friend on the fringes , one of those where you can call me after a year and I am ready and willing to catch up. I didn't think she was ready to be that committed after only being together for a year (she's had quite a bit of bad luck with boyfriends before this last one), but I know better than to say that. Somethings I've learned to keep to myself, .

So basically I played the, 'oh that's great, ' card and made myself available if she wanted to gush when I first heard of the engagement. And after that, nadda until the relationship status change on FB, so I figure she's got the closer friends grilling her right now (or at least they tried to start asking questions visually on FB), so I will wait until she is ready to talk.

Aww, I love puppies!

It is crazy how easy it is for a boss to make things worse rather than better. I hope a better solution crops up for you, Stella. Or better yet, he moves on, .

Congrats on the new job, Star!

Hey, here we go again, pass me some veggies!!! I've got to hit the grocery store, I am out!

So I'm apologizing now for the below vent.

But ARGH!

Friday woke up, weighed in at 208 (Ugh)
Saturday 205.4 (YAY!!!)
Sunday 208 (Erm?)
Today 209. (FML!)

WTF?!?!?!

I'm pretty sure my body is pleading mutiny and it's making
me walk the plank.

Sigh.

Well I went up a .5 today but I am about to start TOM so I am not upset...

My trainer and I did some math and I have lost 9.5 pounds from April 29th till now so I am not so upset about my gain.. but I hate TOM!!

She is also going to have me write down everything I eat the next two days to see where I am at... cause my workouts have been awesome but my eating has been poor. She thinks I am not eating enough for my workouts and hikes and that makes me make bad choices at night.stella you were right, I think my body it just hungry.

It is weird for me to start eating 1,800 - 2,200 on days I hike. I feel like I am cheating, but I am not. I am supporting my body and giving it the fuel it needs. It is just a psychological mental block I need to get over.

So hour and half workout done and now to Sunflower for food shopping!

angry You and I are experiencing the same weight fluctuation almost. F this. I am gonna try lots of water! We can get to 199!!!! Let's get it girl!

plat I HEART CHINESE. Uh, that is my favorite food. But a normal size portion is quite a success. I am sure you will be fine!

HWGA You were/are my inspiration. You are gonna do great and I am SO HAPPY you are back.

Stella I heart you. I am sure today will get better. Don't let that d-bag get you down!!

Haley Since starting to plan my wedding, it is CRAZY EXPENSIVE. I am not doing half the things I "should" cause it is just silly. But you wanna know what? You are amazing I am sure your LSAT will be amazing.

Sam Being engaged was a huge deal for me, too. Believe me. But now that I have been engaged since December nothing has really changed. Neither of us has changed, nothing has been different. He still farts and I still have horrid morning breath.

Can I ask, what was your average weekly weights this month? If you aren't losing but are maintaining, maybe something needs to be switched up or down? What's your plan, angry mittens?

Side note: I found the perfect exercise for me. Take one energized toddler who wants to jump up and down higher than he can do himself. Sit in a chair and cave into his demands. I held him just under his arm pits. Then as he jumps lift him a bit higher and as lands slow him down so he has a chance to swing his legs back down instead of landing on his butt. Repeat until he grows bored of it (which is usually long after you want to quit, )

My arms are still sore from doing that Saturday night!

Too bad I probably won't see that kid ever again, I need to borrow a toddler!

Sam417- Holy Shiz! Congrats on welcoming yourself into the 130's! aaaahh!! yay!

Feral - boys are on my to don't list right now too, lol. Although I'm talking/hanging out with a new boy but that is all it is going to be for a while because I'm actually enjoying focusing on me again and with summer upon us, its the perfect time! I'm glad you had fun at the beach!!! I went away for the weekend too, and caught up with some old friends and didn't break my "plan"! It was a wonderful long weekend (today is a Holiday)!!

---- AND I was called a "skinny *****" by a sales associate while I was trying on clothes at one of the stores in the mall - I wanted to hug her, she had no idea what that comment meant to me! Oh - she wasn't being rude either, she was just like being funny serious...but was a complete stranger and thought I was skinny - this is a big deal ladies!!!!!!

Hi Stella and Mary!!! Hope you both had great weekends!

Haley - I'm so glad you found a happy place in yourself/life! I am in the same boat as you! I am finally proud of my accomplishments with this weight loss joruney...and I'm happy that I am no longer in that previous body BUT the scale isn't where I want it to be, and as much as I'm in a smaller body...I still need to work on tighting up some areas of my body...because underneath my clothes is still that "fat girl" !! Conclusion - I no longer focus on the scale! and that puts on a smile on my face every morning!

*edit - Stella - I now know why you enjoy spin class haha

Hello, my lovelies!!!

I'm back and I've missed you all oodles!!! I can't believe how difficult this is without all of you. I've had a terrible time staying on track, and I know it's because I don't check in with you all anymore. I'm at a solid 147-150 (it's so weird writing that...so different from my 196 phase).

Anywho, life these days is nuts. I don't know how many of you know about the education issues in NJ, but because of budget issues, schools all over are cutting programs and laying off all teachers that have been there for less than 4 years...which includes me. So for right now, I have a job until June 17th and health insurance until August 1st...and no schools are hiring, which means I need to find a job in another field...yet again. SO FRUSTRATING! I finally find out what I want to do with my life, go back to school, get ANOTHER freakin degree and go another couple bajillion dollars in debt only to to work for 6 months to find out, SORRY no more teaching. grawr. talk about a reason to binge eat...but I won't do that. I worked WAY to hard to get where I am now to let myself do that.

Ugh, sorry. Vent over.

BTW you're all looking AMAZING. Mary, holy crap woman, you look stunning! JennieroseI can't believe how tiny you are!! Pammy absolutely beautiful Haleyomg you look fantastic! keep up the awesome work!!!Megwiniyou are teeny! i'm so super proud of your progress

i'm sorry for anyone i missed, i'm still catching up on photos. i'll post some new soon. i haven't lost weight at all but i'm noticing some movement...and i'm getting muscles!! who knew those were in there??

As any Brit chicks will know the UK had a heatwave this weekend.
As any one who has ever heard of England will know that it is raining 98% of the time.
So my revision for finals was put on hold for the day as I ate my weight in ice cream *sigh*
This week I will be imprisoned in the library, so NO snacking. lol.
Anyways I finish on Friday and then school will be out for summer, school will be out FOREVER. Woop.
Wishing all of you chicks a successful week, I have faith in all of you.
Dxx

Amy ~ We've heard about the NJ teacher woes up here in Mass on the news. As a teacher myself, I'm sorry to hear about all the position cuts. Good luck with the job search. Crossing my fingers that a teaching position opens up somewhere for you.

Heather ~ Welcome back!!! I feel like I don't see you around here at all anymore. Good to see you back

Stella ~ That hour long discussion sounds like torture!!! I can't believe that your manager wanted you to start the discussion. I'm sure he had good intentions, but it was definitely handled completely wrong. Hope tomorrow is a better day for you. You deserve it!

Jenny ~ Good for you!!! You go on with your bad "skinny *****" self

I only have 18 more days until summer break!! I am so freaking excited!!! I also talked with a friend of mine who is doing her senior project for her Masters in Writing this summer and I might have a little summer trip lined up!!! She's traveling across Canada from Victoria to Newfoundland for part of the summer and is going to be writing a book about it. Anyway, I mentioned how I was on summer vacation and would be around if she needed company at any point. So, based on her schedule, I might be meeting up with her in Saskatchewan and traveling with her for about a week through Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and northern Ontario. I am so excited!!! One of my goals in life is to go to all Canadian provinces and after this summer, I will only need Newfoundland and Alberta! haha So, now I just need to plan some stuff out with my friend.

Taylor- I love when you blow my head up..you're soooo awesome and sweet

Mary- I dont have any food either... I keep putting it off though

Zan- You can borrow mine... but with him comes the diapers and the messes... I work as a nanny and even though hes under 2 hes huge and the size of a 3 yearold... and he likes to be held alot
