I weighted-in at 167.4 today, a small gain. Yesterday I missed lunch since I was busy working on a horse stable so when dinner came along I was starving! Well, I ended up eating way more that my body was able to handle and I got sick and threw up When I looked in the mirror after all thats nastiness was over I was surprised to find I had not one, but TWO black eyes. Haha I've learned my lesson. Back on track today.
^eek girl, you ok? I've heard of bursting blood vessels from throwing up (that also happened to me personally)...but never something like that. Take care of yourself! Also times where i was really dehydrated i had horrible dark circles- and from getting sick like that be sure to keep your liquids up and such.
Well, i had gained 6 (yes SIX) pounds after my insane binge fest last week. I stayed off the scale after the initial shock (and the day after was not great either so 2 bad days last week) and got on yesterday. I lost everything i gained (i am sure a good deal w/water) and a super small loss for the total week, and a bit down to hit the 50 pound mark today.

Just (very) barely not technically overweight. I still however look to be, i mean its not like something shocking happens when i hit that bmi, but its good to know i've reached that mark too.
So far to go, have to work harder!

Ahh, the lovely daily fluctuations. I'm going to be here awhile I just struggle so much now with so much weight lost, I'm 2/3rd's of the way there.
But, I also had some salty food yesterday, my fiance and our best friends went to go bowling yesterday. Turns out it was Trannie League night so we couldn't bowl. We ended up just eating in the bar area and drinking white russians. All that salty bar food, I knew I'd be up today haha.
I did do some clothes shopping yesterday, and some of the mediums were a little loose on me which felt nice

cataclysmic, I weighed in at 160.8 today, but I came home after work and weighed in at 158.2 :3
I want to count it, because I seem to just bounce back and forth and that is the lowest I have ever seen. But I feel it's not honest unless I'm tracking at the same time every day (mornings, naked, and after my pee)
It's nice to see it though... so nice. I think it's partially because I just came off a three day weekend and today is technically my Monday. I was really on plan today, ate a good balance of proteins, carbs, and fats. I haven't been drinking enough water though.
