so when i first stepped on the scale this morning it read 160.1. then i stepped off and decided to step on again..and it read 159.8. i waited a bit and stepped on again and it said 159.8 again! but i'm waiting for tomorrow's weigh in to be officially out of the 160s...the 160.1 this morning kind of threw me off. so if it is under 160 tomorrow..then i'll finally be out of the 160s!
i don't have time today to get my exercise in though...i'm getting ready for a camping trip tomorrow! hopefully i won't eat too many s'mores and be back in the 160s. hahaha.
Ugggh, I hopped up to 166 on the scale this morning. According to mydailyplate I had double the amount of my recommended daily sodium, and I definitely didn't drink as much water as usually. I've already had 80 oz. today, so I'm hoping it will go back down in the morning!
Ladies-I am finally here! I had been in the 170's since April-I have worked two jobs for the last three months and haven't had the time to post--but I am here!!!! 168.2 this morning!!! This is a huge victory for me. Despite still being overweight and weighing about 10lbs less in May of 2007 following grad school....169 is what I weighed when I got married in September of 2007!!! I am super thrilled After getting married in September, I put weight on fast-I remember weighing 182 in Dec of 2007 and then I gained even more (I had been up to 195 with 199 showing on the scale once)
I am thrilled to be here in the 160's but I will be even more thrilled to Get Out!!!!
Worked out at home yesterday, it was fun but today I'm going to hit the gym so I can run for a bit on the treadmill then do some weight lifting.
I'm starting to notice my stomach getting looser so I'm now looking at ways to keep away loose skin. I'm staying hydrated, lotioning and am going to invest in a good body scrub.
165, which I know is not accurate. I ate fine yesterday but had a dish that was too salty. I'm sure it's just water weight from that as I've worked out the past two days and not been bad with food. I did have two gluten free cookies I made last night, but that's not enough to show over a pound's difference (3500+calories? haha)
Its my first day here! I have committed myself to losing weight for the long haul! This is my first week on weight watchers and have been consistently working out for years- but this time I am in control with my eating too!
Anyhoo! I am in the 60's and yes, seems like I have been trying for ages to get back in the 150's! I started at 167 about a week ago and now am at 164! I'm so excited and hope the numbers drop quick! (goal is 140)
Can anybody help me out with a question i have? My exercise routine is a balance of cardio weights, and yoga. Anyone who works out with weights, how has the scale been going? Does it take longer to drop those pounds?

Weights are amazing, they've kick started my weight loss again. I wish I had been doing them the whole time, I feel so good. And muscle eats fat so it makes losing weight easier
