Thanks for the input steph!
It looks like our goals are very similar!
When I first began changing my lifestyle a few years back my highest weight was 185. Now being at 164 I can see my goal weight within reach!
Have a healthy weekend :-)

164.4, I do feel bloated. The salty meal the day before and the fact TOM is on his way means the scale and I won't be friends this week.

As long as I just keep pushing through like I did every other time, I'll be fine

chubbybuns, it is nice being so close to goal! I'm happy that I'm more than half way there, I like to think the hardest part is behind me

Alicia, you and I are just stuck in this back and forth business!

It seems around this range we just get stuck and wobble between the same two pounds.

I was 164.4 today, It's been a bit hectic as my fiance is out of town and I crammed my schedule full of things to do to keep myself busy. I had a horrible night last night, the house is so big and quiet.. the cat would even give me the light of day, and I didn't sleep very well either.

Tonight I'm going out for a work party, then I'm going hiking tomorrow.

And I took the plunge and got a bathing suit today.

Here's to treking forward and staying on track no matter what's going on! And hoping I get that nice couple pound woosh I get sometimes after drinking It's just nice to see even if it's not real weight loss, haha.

163.0 today. Better. Probably should've eaten dinner earlier than 9 pm last night lol.

Oh Stephanie I know exactly what you mean! I drank when I went to my friend's house for vacation and the next morning her scale said 160! LOL I knew there was no way it was really accurate but it was nice anyways. I just want to get past 164/163 and stay underneath it...I hate that I keep popping back up to it...

Almost two weeks at 165! Argh! And I'm sooo close to no longer being overweight, sometimes I miss being heavier because losing was so much easier!

163.8 this morning. Fine with me, I'm just happy, when I don't gain any on the weekends! Stayed exactly the same!

163, I won't complain I'm getting bloated though as TOM is lingering near.

I plan on starting the New Rules of Lifting for Women tomorrow (I have more reading to do today though!)

I'm excited to see how my body changes throughout this.

165.8 today Up 1.6 lbs from last week. I had a cheat meal and a mixed drink Saturday night and am apparently paying for it now Scale-wise. I'm going to weigh in again on Thursday to see if anything came off.

OKay. I want out. On Friday I was 167.4. I'll weigh tomorrow (after a night of intense working out), but I did not behave foodwise this weekend.

162.6, I like myself down here

I'm starting to up my calories, I think I came to the realization that cutting them was stalling my own metabolism. I've been eating more as well as adding extra on days I work out and I think this will help.

I will be at the gym in a few hours doing my first New Rules of Lifting for Women work out, I'm nervous and excited

I've been swinging back and forth between 160-164 for the last couple of weeks and its getting so frustrating. Also depending on the time of day I weight myself! I'd just like to see the scale go down below 160 for ONE weigh-in! I would be tickled pink!
