162.0, but I know I had a salty dinner last night so it's most likely a bit of water.
I start work out three of NRoL4W today, so that will be fun I am getting my engagement ring and the wedding band that goes with it resized on Saturday because my engagement ring is too loose now.

For me: this morning was 160.1! UGH! Not that I'll trust that I'm in the 150s squarely until I've been consistently for at least a week... but I really, really want that week to START.
I'm now in the 160's and so excited! I weighed in 169.1 yesterday and 168.8 today so I'm slowly getting down there!! I have been on a new "nutrition plan" for a week and a half and have already lost two pounds. That and I've been busting my butt at the gym. So, here I come 150's! (hoping sooner than later!)
Thanks rschroed, it's nice but scary because I think it will fly off sometimes!
Welcome to the thread Nessa411!
I'm at 161.4 today, and I am now sick. I don't know what kind of exercise I will be getting this weekend. I called in to work today which is never good on a Saturday when it's sunny. At least my manager saw how ill I was feeling yesterday. I also can't eat so maybe that will help balance it out, haha.
I bought a new scale last month, and according to it, I was at 161/162ish. Then I went to the doctors yesterday to get the depo shot, and their scale said 168! I was annoyed! I know there's variance from scales to scales, but seriously......I was so annoyed.....
Clothes and shoes can add up, there's no way to tell as we don't know what your clothes are like. I just go by the scale at home because it's the same one everytime, so I know it'll be consistent with itself.
Not trusting it 'til I'm there for a week, mind you, but I was pumping my fists big-time this morning. AND I bought some size 10L jeans that fit perfectly yesterday! I'm squarely in a size 10 for the first time in my adult life!
I also weigh naked because I've experimented with clothing on, and once my scale showed almond a pound's worth of difference from me wearing light shorts, a tanktop, and underwear! I bet shoes could easily be a pound or two. Water, the weight of whatever you'd eaten that day, and glycogen variation could make up the rest. I always weigh five pounds more at the doctor's office, even though my doctor lets me take off my shoes. I'm resigned to it...
