Hey ladies! Woke up to 159 this morning. Yippee! I might be lingering here a little while longer but I won't be around for long! I'm gonna work my butt off to get into the 150s and stay there for a while.

164.0 this morning.. This is getting frustrating. Gotta keep going though, lots of water and a great workout is the plan for today.

162.4

Did my first NRoL4W work out yesterday, I've increased my calories and am now watching my protein.

I'm excited to see how this transforms my body.

162.6, it's nice to see myself holding steadily while on TOM.

I do my second NRoL4W work out today, doing deadlifts intimidates me but I'm sure it will be fine

161.6! Yeah! Seeing the 161's finally

Did my second work out for NRoL4W, deadlifts are hard! But I did all the reps, slowly... I did them

I feel so great after these work outs, like my body is truly being worked.

The 160's love me... I haven't been awesome about following my plan... theres been a lot going on with summer coming to an end and I'm moving so lots of parties and drinking and eating...

I'll get it under control eventually

Hey, everyone!

This morning: 161.1. So close I can taste it.

So I've been yoyoing around, actually struggling to stay IN the 160s, for quite a while now (more than a year) and am really ready to ditch the 6.

For the last two weeks, I've seen a number under 160 on the scale right after I work out a couple of times. But never first thing in the morning. (Aaaand let me just out myself as a compulsive weigher.)

I posted to fitday for the first time yesterday and discovered (not shockingly) that my protein was really low; I'm a vegetarian, and I often neglect to make up my protein with beans, yogurt, cheese, etc. Every once in a while I get a terrible urge for pure, unadulterated peanut butter which I interpret as a "protein craving" (rather than just a regular old deliciousness craving, which is what it might well also be).

So my new path out of the 160s: more protein! More water! More time on the treadmill and outside with the dog!

Hey girls. I'm still hovering between 159/160. I hate this period of transitioning.

Work starts soon (I'm a teacher) so I'm stressing out and (as a result) eating a lot more too. Dang!
